First tech I've had for any type of service come as quick as he did. Called at 8:45am and arrived by 9am.... had my windshield replaced by probably 10:30 or earlier. I was incredibly sleepy and not prepared for human interaction after working my night shift but I'm happy!!! I've never had to NOT WAIT for hours for someone to show up for repairs (various other repairs by other companies). Windshield looks amazing and was reasonably priced, over $100 cheaper than others I see on commercials and they came to me at my apartment and I only had to go downstairs to unlock the car once! No complaints at all here, will definitely call again if another window breaks on me.
