I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. First, I spoke with a friendly and professional rep who scheduled the appointment. (I feel really terrible but that I forgot her name, I'm hoping you have it in your records as she deserves recognition). She was very accommodating to my schedule. The tech that came out was Tim. He was very thorough and explained the process of repair. He ran into an issue with rust under my windshield and had no problem going the extra mile to fix it. You have a great team and I hope they get the recognition they earn and deserve. This is how customer service should be, I would recommend your business to anyone. Also, the prices beat Safelite!!
