Dave the Tech was great. He was able to do it at my place of employment since he was in the same town, When I called to schedule the appointment I was told it couldn't be done where I work until the following week. The woman who scheduled me claimed she called the shop to check and was told absolutely not until the following week. But Dave was scheduled in the same town the same day that she scheduled me for 2 towns away.
