The installer called and said he would be there in 20 minutes - and he was! 90 minutes later my new windshield was installed. The original was regular glass and Auto Glass upgraded my order to tinted glass at no extra charge. It is refreshing to find a company that values their customers that much. I hope to never have glass replaced again, but if I do I know who I'm going to call.

My new rear windshield/ back glass is perfect. It is new and has temperature strips. It doesn't have my sticker, but I don't even want to put a new sticker on it because it is so nice!
