Tech called me at around 7:30 am, and said he would be down. Got here within a reasonable time. Tech (Ray I believe) was very nice and did the work. Had some trouble getting the wipers off my 2008 Cobalt, but didn't complain. Very satisfied with his work. Hope I don't need the service again, but if I do, I will definitely be a return customer.
