The technician also had to endure a colony of ants inside the window frame, and was very accommodating in eradicating the nest....deserving in hazard pay! It was a busy day for Ivan, but when he got here it didn't take him long to complete the replacement. Gave concise instructions about when the tape could be removed and how long to wait to wash the truck. I would call him again.
