Refund Policy: If services have not been performed and it is 24 hours or more in advance of a scheduled service appointment, AutoGlassOnly.com offers a full refund by calling 1-800-344-7480 (during regular operating hours and excluding holidays.) AutoGlassOnly.com does not provide refunds for services, nor materials that have been performed and delivered in accordance with our service offerings. Valid refunds are processed within 3 business days, and credited back to the original source of payment.
Exchange Policy: AutoGlassOnly.com does not offer exchange on installed auto glass or related materials after the service is performed. You may request scheduled appointment changes and/or auto glass part changes to fulfill the job, in accordance with our service offerings, up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date and time by calling 1-800-344-7480 (during regular operating hours and excluding holidays.)
Cancellations: AutoGlassOnly.com offers cancellation of pre-paid, scheduled appointments in accordance with our service offerings up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service date and time. Scheduled appointments which are cancelled in lieu of our cancelation policy will be refunded the original amount charged. Cancellations may be requested by calling 1-800-344-7480 (during regular operating hours and excluding holidays.) Valid cancellations are processed within 3 business days, and credited back to the original source of payment.
