In order to ensure a superior level of service AutoGlassOnly acquires customer feedback through the use of online surveys. From time to time, we may run contests, promotions. If you participate, you may be asked for your contact information as well as additional optional information (for example, prize preferences). Information from contest entries willl be used to contact you if you win. We may also summarize survey information in a manner that no longer identifies the contest entrants for analysis, but will not share personal information from entries. All contests are subject to rules that will be available with each particular contest.
You can always choose not to provide us with any of your personal information. However, if you make this choice we may not be able to provide you with the service, or information that you may have requested.

For example, we can only keep you informed on the progress of the repairs to your vehicle if you provide us with your phone number or e-mail address. For example, upon completion of the repair order you will again be given the opportunity to change your decision by indicating that you wish to withdraw your consent.

AutoGlassOnly collects only the personal information required to provide our services to you. If the personal information we require is collected for a reason other than to provide services, we will advise you of the reason and obtain your consent before or at the time the information is collected. AutoGlassOnly will only collect personal information by fair and lawful means.

- Process repairs to your vehicle as explained on the repair order;
- Keep you informed on the progress of the repairs to your vehicle;
- Process your payment for services rendered as necessary;

AutoGlassOnly uses and discloses your personal information only for the purposes it was collected.
