Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, autoglassonly.com uses advanced encryption and a reputable third party payment processor to ensure your credit card is safe during every step of the transaction process.  Furthermore, we do not keep your credit card on file, as that's handled entirely by our payment processor.


I don’t have a credit card. Can I still use your auto glass services?

Not at this time, although we are working on accepting other forms of payments.  Check back soon as we roll out new payment methods.


I tried to get a windshield quote, but I keep getting an error message stating “not in service area”.

This error message indicates that we don’t have any auto glass repair services available in your area yet.  Please check back soon, as we will be continually adding new auto glass service areas.


How do I reschedule my auto glass repair appointment?

Can I schedule my repair appointment to be performed on a Sunday?

Not at this time, currently we offer repair appointments in the morning or afternoon, between Monday and Saturday.


Do you repair / replace all types of windshields?

My windshield has special features that were not mentioned in my quote. How do I ensure these special features will be included?

If you are aware of special features for your windshield that you would like included in your quoted price, please contact us at 1-800-344-7480.  Note that if you've already scheduled your appointment with us, an AutoGlassOnly representative will be contacting you to review your order details and windshield options before finalizing your order.


I scheduled my windshield replacement for this morning, but it’s already afternoon and nobody has shown up. Who do I contact?

In the rare event that your appointment is delayed or missed, please call 1-800-344-7480 or email support@autoglassonly.com to inquire. 


Is your work guaranteed?

Your windshield auto glass replacement is warranted against air and water leaks, defective materials and/or workmanship under our auto glass guarantee. Please contact us at 1-800-344-7480 or email support@autoglassonly.com should you require our warranty work.
