The technician called the day of and advised what time he would be here (very prompt). Meeting him he was very nice. Work was done in a timely matter. He explained everything before he left. Company did a good job lining up windshield replacement on phone. Service man called first thing in morning and said about what time he would be there and half hour before he arrived. he was on time and put windshield in, took about 45 minites. I thought he did a good job and was surprised how smooth everything went. would recommend to anyone else. Thanks for good job.

Everything was fine when I booked the replacement over the phone. However, the day of the replacement, it was scheduled between 8 and 12. The technician call at about 9 and said he would call when he was on the way, and that should be by 12:15. This was concerning since we had arranged all of our appointments for the afternoon to allow for this replacement. He wound up not getting the windshield until about 2:30 and got to us at about 3:30. He was very pleasant and efficient and the replacement went off without any other issues. He even removed and reapplied our Stone Mountain Pass as we had requested. The only issue was the delay in the appointment which severely affected our schedule for the day.

The repairmen were very courteous. They fixed the windshield without any issue, the latch on the door stopped working and he was concerned. I do not feel it had anything to do with the repair, and he informed me to contact the company if when repaired it was found due to replacement. Again, very courteous and did a good job. This is the second time I have used your service for windshield replacement and will recommend again. I have no complaints and am satisfied with the excellent job
