Our insurance company, State Farm, had recommended your company and had setup scheduling you to come and replace the window. Not only were you able to service us within a 24 hour period, but you were willing to come right our home to do the work. And even when we called to confirm when you were coming and realized my daughter was going to be at work(locally), your service tech came to the parking lot of the mall in which she worked at to fix her window on the spot!! I think that was truly an amazing thing!! That kind of service is more than we could have asked for. Thank you so much not only for accommodating us, but also for doing a great job of replacing the window & cleaning up all the glass that was inside the car… It was truly appreciated…!

"I had used Glass America before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT. As much as this was a stressful time, they turned a bad situation into such a pleasant one. I would HIGHLY recommend Glass America to anyone who would ask for a glass replacement place. They go above and beyond fantastic service."
