Our insurance company, State Farm, had recommended your company and had setup scheduling you to come and replace the window. Not only were you able to service us within a 24 hour period, but you were willing to come right our home to do the work. And even when we called to confirm when you were coming and realized my daughter was going to be at work(locally), your service tech came to the parking lot of the mall in which she worked at to fix her window on the spot!! I think that was truly an amazing thing!! That kind of service is more than we could have asked for. Thank you so much not only for accommodating us, but also for doing a great job of replacing the window & cleaning up all the glass that was inside the car… It was truly appreciated…!

"David and Mike were absolutely the BEST technicians I could ask for. The first day, David was extremely helpful, very punctual, & went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was understanding what was needed and took time to answer every question with professionalism and know-how. He told me about how long it would take to get the materials needed and sure enough, I got the phone call exactly within the time-frame specified. On the second visit to actually do the installation, David and Mike showed up promptly and were friendly, courteous, and went right to work and had the job done to perfection in no time. They explained how long it would take before I could drive the vehicle and how long to provide proper ventilation so as not to disturb the glass with a vacuum. I could not tell the glass from my previous glass except that it did not have the word Toyota in it's corner. They did a PERFECT job and I could not be better satisfied. I was so nervous about getting my 'baby' FJ Cruiser worked on, but these gentleman made it effortless. Kudos to David and Mike, the best in the business!
