Claude Haggard, the store manager, quickly replaced the shattered windshield in what seemed like almost no time at all. Angela Eaves, the customer service representative very efficiently took care of contacting the insurance company and handling the claim very expediently. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. They made the whole unfortunate incident almost a pleasure.
