"Dear David, After receiving such attentive assistance from Dina in your Atlanta location, I asked her to give me your name so that I could send you an email letting you know how great she is.

My daughter goes to school in Atlanta, and someone threw a rock into her window yesterday afternoon and stole her GPS. This happened late in the day, and she was at a meeting off campus when this happened. I called the insurance company (I am in Maryland), got the name of your store, and spoke with Dina. She absolutely took charge of everything, taking down our insurance information, contacting my daughter and assuring me that she would take care of this as if my daughter were her own. And that’s exactly what she did.

She even volunteered (without my asking) to stay late in case my daughter decided to have the car towed to your store. In the end, we did not do so (the towing company in her warranty had to take the car to the nearest dealership at which your store is doing the work), but I was very grateful for the offer.

This morning, Dina called both myself and my daughter, to let us know the status of things. All is moving along wonderfully, thanks to Dina. She took charge in a stressful situation and took care of everything. She took the initiative as well, without my having to ask her this and that.
