I am very very pleased with the service thus far. I was treated professionally from start to finish. I was able to get next day service, the tech. called me an hour in advancce of coming and was on time and finished the whole job in about an hour. The only thing I don't know about yet is if it leaks when it rains. Note, I originally contacted Safelite just because of knowing their name. Their price was higher and work couldn't be done for a few days out which would have cost me more car rental time.

Received very professional assistance from Tomika ( apologize if spelled wrong) when I had previously set the appointment for windshield replacement when my son was home in New York. She handled how it would work and the next day service he would receive. However he was returning to his home in North Carolina so she set up his appointment in Raleigh where he works for that next day. Explained how it would be and possible chance it would be an additional day due to the hurricane the previous weekend. She was a pleasure to work with. He received fast ,professional service as she stated during his working hours that very next day. What a great service this company provides!
