Just got my windshield replaced today and had a great experience. Not only was I able to set up a next day appointment for a very reasonable price, but the communication was exemplary! Customer service called me right away with details of my appointment. She was very helpful and extremely pleasant. Then the local workman called me first thing in the morning to give me a window when he would be there and was right on time. He did a wonderful job and my car looks great. I can't thank you enough! Your company was willing to be flexible with my busy schedule and getting this done was an easy and pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to recommend this to all of my friends and family.

The price negotiated with national was right on the mark and cheaper than other quotes I got, which were higher and didn't include various taxes, disposal fees, portal to portal technician costs, etc. Antoine and Justin called to confirm the time and arrived on the dot. They were experienced and efficient and had all the parts and supplies on hand and finished job within 85 minutes. At my request, they also gave me "lessons" answering all my questions. A first-rate experience.
