The only negative thing I can even think of is that they are not able to give you a time frame for the day scheduled, BUT the technician will call you on that day and give a time. The technician called and was able to come earlier than the first time given to accommodate my schedule for that day. He came right to my house, installed my window in less than hour and all done.
