First of all, both representatives I spoke with on your customer service department were great! They explained everything that I asked about the appointment and what to expect. Also, I hope I remember correctly now, her name was Rebecca and she explained the cost and that there were no hidden or additional charges correctly. Carlos the technician who did the actual windshield removal and replacement was wonderful! He was a gentleman, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and above all someone I knew I could trust! He did an excellent job and then showed me after it was completed everything he did. He is an exceptional service technician with a friendly personality. So far no complaints about the new windshield. Thank you for sending Carlos!

Was extremely impressed how this played out. Since no insurance involved, I did the online search and AutoGlass was not only very quick to respond with a quote, but was very helpful and easy to deal with, Had to postpone due to my schedule and then when Alex did arrive, he was both a great guy, efficient, knew his trade and very personable. And if that was't enough. I got a discount as well. I "highly" recommend Auto Glass only and should I ever need window repair again...... they will be my 1st call.
